HaHasmile® Lithium Disilicate Block also called glass ceramic, the main component is lithium disilicate and produced through special process. It is fast crystallization process and supreme esthetics result, therefore has become top material choice for CAD high efficiency, high strength restorations.

The three-point bending strength is increased to 4+60Mpa, allowing CAD/CAM system to design with higher accuracy, reducing the processing difficulty o ultra-thin veneer and other restorations, and improving the strength and safety of materials seated in the mouth.
Compared with other types of materials, the hardness of glass-ceramic(lithium disilicate dental cerec block) is closer to that of natural human teeth, which can reduce the excessive wear of the occlusion teeth caused by the hardness difference, and maintain the abrasion of the restorations and the surrounding teeth.
As an all-ceramic material with a shrinkage ratio close to zero, it can provide a great convenience for efficient design and digital processing, and provide you with ideas and comfortable instant diagnosis and treatment experience combined with the rapid crystallization process.

Lithium Disilicate Sintering:
This product shows purple before sintering. After sintering, it crystallizes and restoration shows desired color. Please comply strictly with sintering program to control sintering temperature and time.
