We are always committed to providing satisfactory products and services with the principle of " Jerry, Just For A Better Life" ever since its establishment in 2013. From R&D to mass production, each detail is focused and each model must pass 200,000 cycles double drum fatigue test required by wheelchair international standard before presented to market.

From material receiving to full assembly, we take care of the quality in more than 20 procedures. In tube fabrication, at first we use the digital control cutting machine to cut the tubes in dozens, then erase the sharp edges and angles. After it, we bend the tubes per our drawing requirement on automatic benders. Then we punch holes on the bended tubes and cut notches for easy welding. For alum frame, we use argon welding to enhance the strength. For steel frame, we use OTC bots imported from Japan to do carbon-dioxide protection welding in mass production to ensure technical detail and quality stability. During the wheel assembly, we mount the spokes and check the side deviation and axle deviation to guarantee the wheel running stability, then put them on tyre mounting machine for fast tyre mounting. On the assembly line, our workers will finish ten procedures: handle, armrest, footrest, motor, battery case, cross brace, seat & back upholstery and joystick mounting etc. After assembly, our QC will check the assembled wheelchair quality. If everything is okay, it will be put on the test road to do full quality inspection and electric control system adjustment as well as motor check. We take care of each procedure with discretion.

      We now hold a few patents and have passed ISO 13485: 2003 quality management system certification by NQA and CE certification by TUV. Our products have been sold to more than 50 countries in the world.

A: Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed. Some stock sample will be free for you!

A: The stock sample 1 day, making sample 3-5 workdays after received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on your order quantity, about 7-30 days.
Q5: What’s your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We can accept TT, Paypal, L/C at sight. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q6: What is your terms of delivery?
